Rafiq Balwa, the Executive Director and Vice President of the Balwa Group boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality and construction industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Houston Baptist University. For the past 15 years, he has been at the helm of the group's hospitality division, achieving remarkable success. Under his leadership, the group has successfully launched three hotels in Mumbai, namely Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, Sarovar Portico Mumbai, and Fairfield By Marriott Mumbai International Airport. Furthermore, he is heading development of two other hotels in Mumbai, currently in various stages of development.Hisleadership and expertise have also played a crucial role in the group's successful introduction of various FNB brands like Meetha by Radisson, Goma, and Musaafer. His youthful perspective, combined with his extensive experience, make him an invaluable asset for the group's future developments in the hospitality sector.

Mr. Zubair I Balwa, Executive Vice President, joined the group in 2009 after earning his degree in BA (Hons) Business with Marketing from Northumbria University, Newcastle. His knowledge for information technology has aided the group to implement various automation projects that have led to structured planning and efficiency.
He is actively involved in the regulatory functions of the group's real estate & hospitality divisions. His fresh approach to the business brings in innovation and profitability to the group whilst staying true to the core values .

Ms. Sania U Balwa, Executive Vice President at the Balwa Group, at a young age, completed her Master’s Degree in Marketing and Strategy from University of Warwick. She is involved in the hospitality division of the group. Communication & Marketing has always been her passion and forte. She is involved into the day to day operations of the hotels and development of new hotels. Her time management, quick decision-making, task organization, and crisis management skills contributes to the successful running of the hotels.

Hanif Chaudhary, the operational head of Sealmatic, has formal education in the field of mechanical engineering. He has been extensively trained in Germany and Japan in the field of mechanical seals and various API Plans.
Prior to joining the group in 2012, he was associated with Feodor Burgmann of Germany at their Indian plant for over 20 years. At Sealmatic he is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and quality conformation to international standards.

Ajoy Balkrishna is a Commerce Graduate and is a Diploma holder in Hotel Management and has completed a management program of Regent Executive Development Program.
With a career spanning over 32 years with leading hospitality companies, including Oberoi group, Regent Hotel, Hyatt International, IHG, Radisson Hotels and Sarovar Group of Hotels and currently part of opening of the first Fairfield by Marriott in Mumbai. Prior to his current role as Vice President for the Balwa group which has currently 3 hotels in the portfolio including Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, Residency Sarovar Portico and Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, with immediate target to open 2 more Marriott hotels in the next couple of years in Mumbai. He was Regional Director – North for Sarovar Group of Hotels, with 45 hotels in the north being a part of his profile.
Ajoy brings with him a wealth of operational experience alongside an intuitive knowledge of India covering Mumbai, North India and Goa. He was an avid sportsperson, was best athlete in college. Also participated in numerous sporting activities in his professional career too.

Deepak Ghangurde, the Asst. Vice President Legal & Finance of the group, is a Law & Commerce graduate from the Bombay University. He additionally has formal education in the field of Company Secretaries and is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
Prior to joining the group in 2007, he was associated with Syndicate Bank, a premier nationalised bank in India for over 26 years. He possess vast knowledge in the areas of capital finance and term lending to the corporate borrowers, recovery and audit. He was also a guest faculty of the staff training college of Syndicate Bank. His extensive experience in the banking industry empowers the group in sound financial planning and streamlining its resources in a disciplined and efficient manner.

Rajesh Gokhale is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a post qualification Diploma in Information Systems Audit and a Certification in Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Rajesh is also a SAP Certified Financial Consultant.
He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the group and brings with him 24 years of varied experience spanning across domains ranging from Treasury Management, Corporate Banking, Financial Services and Tax Consulting to ERP implementation and Software Development.
His association with various leading banks like ICICI Bank, HSBC, RBS and consulting firms like Deloitte and Tech Mahindra give him a broader view of meticulous understanding of financial stability, risk management, and cost control.

He oversees the culinary divisions.His qualifications include a degree in Hotel Management, and he has worked with renowned brands like Raheja group of hotels, Taj Mahal, The Orchid, P&O Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Swan Hellenic Cruises,Oman airways services,Special forces of UAE and Sarovar Group of Hotels. Navidakhtar's expertise lies in Ensuring the successful finalization of kitchen plans is crucial for a smooth culinary operation. Consider factors like efficient workflow, proper equipment placement, and adherence to safety regulations. developing and implementing food cost control systems, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and analyzing customer feedback to enhance recipes and menus.

He joined the group in 1986 and ever since has been involved in various residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects of the group. He has been deeply involved in creating practical solutions for improved efficiency in project planning and execution. Under his able supervision the group has executed various realty projects with on-time deliveries. His responsibilities encompasses project management and engineering, thus ensuring high quality of construction and safety standards of the many realty projects executed by the group.
