Mr. Abdul Karim Balwa(the patriarch of our Group), son of Ebrahim Balwa, was a revolutionary thinker and a leader who instilled core values of discipline, hard work and integrity to the Balwa Group. Under his guidance, the Group branched out from the family run restaurant business, into international collaborations in various fields of hospitality, realty, engineering and food processing. He inculcated a spirit of evolvement and quest for perfection in all those who came in touch with him. He is fondly remembered for his simplicity and family values as well as sharp financial acumen.
